Food Safety in Catering – Level 2 Award
This Food Safety Level 2 Award (formerly called the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate) is designed to give food handlers an appreciation of good hygiene practices. Assessment is through a multiple choice exam at the end of the course. The course is suitable for all food handlers, including those new to the industry.
