Micro Small Business Fund (MSBF)

The Micro Small Business Fund (MSBF) is available for micro to small size businesses with fewer than 50 FTE employees.

MSBF is an investment fund targeting eligible capital investment projects in the tourism sector in Wales. It can be used either to upgrade existing or create a new high-quality product.

The Welsh Language Commissioner offers a free proof reading service to help you make practical use of the Welsh language. If you have leaflets, posters, web pages, policies or even Twitter and Facebook posts, this is a great way to have a go at preparing bilingual material.

The free proof reading service is available to businesses and charities to develop their use of the Welsh language.

Business Grants


If you run a business or social enterprise in Conwy County, you might be eligible to apply for a grant for up to £1,000.

Denbighshire County Council is inviting small and medium sized firms across the county to apply for a share of a £170,000 pot of funding being made available to encourage business growth and development.

The business grants totalling £50,000 in 2015/16 and a further £120,000 in 2016/17 are there to assist SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) where banks and other lenders have refused support for varying reasons. Click here for further information.
