Who should attend this course?
This course is specifically designed for food handlers who have a previous qualification.
What other experience/training is needed to take this course?
You will need to provide a copy of your Level 2 Food Safety in Catering Certificate, or equivalent, no more than 5 years old to be eligible for the refresher exam.
