Alan Hughes has a background of 30 years service with the then Gwynedd Fire Service and later the North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, where he eventually served in the role of Watch Manager. He maintained a very high standard of Service Delivery and was the Officer in Charge of countless emergencies during his career.
He has a vast experience of delivering Fire Safety advice to owners of private dwellings as well as instructing staff of residential care homes, industry and commerce. He also has instructor qualifications in a number of references and is the holder of an Introduction to Teaching certificate issued by University of Wales Newport .
Keith Stringer has more than 20 years of active international trade experience with a number of consumer goods and manufacturing companies. Including his own start up business, he has successfully established new brands in the USA, Japan and China. Travelling extensively and participating in trade exhibitions in numerous countries, he has recruited and managed agents and distributors throughout North America, Europe, Scandinavia and Asia. Since moving to North Wales, Keith works with Welsh companies to help establish and operate their export strategies, greatly helped by using his numerous long standing overseas contacts. The workshop explains why we should export, how to establish and manage an international trade strategy and how to build and market brands in a number of diverse overseas markets.
